Bacolod Chicken Inasal could be the most successful franchise of Inasal to date. Currently they are 15 stores strong and still looking into expand operations. I think their formula is found on their consistency and quality of food at an affordable price. One may not be able to distinguish the difference of the original one made in Bacolod and having one here in Manila.
On this trip I had my usual slab of Pecho (chicken breast). It’s tasty by itself, no need for extra soy sauce or chili oil. The meat is not greasy and its juiciness still intact in every bite. I also enjoyed a small serving of Vegetable Kare Kare for just Php 99.50. The sauce has enough peanut to make it delectable. For dessert, Maja Blanca gave a refreshing sweet finish to this quick lunch.
