Bacon Fest

Megaworld got another reason why you should visit their location instead of their competition. If you live in the area of busy BGC or Makati, you might want to explore their Baconfest happening until the end of October. This unique campaign started last September 28 and has already got some regular patrons of Forbes Town going gaga.

I was invited to witness its launch last Tuesday and we together with other media went to 6 participating establishments out of the total 20. I had to check my cholesterol after the whole string of visits to see if I needed an ER before it was too late. In each stop, we had a taste of their own version of Bacon that they will be serving. I witnessed here the sheer creativity of each establishment in coming up with their own version of the cured meat.
