Its original restaurant, now an icon in Cubao has stood tall for two decades. The owner himself, Mr. Bellini can easily be spotted around, definitely not shy and will graciously welcome you. This establishment number two here in Marikina shares a common vibe- it’s cozy and friendly while serving legit Italian cuisine.
We were a group of 6 and we got 5 dishes that filled us happy. A fresh plate of greens with mangoes and shrimps jump started our experience and it just got better from there. Two pizzas with crispy thin crusts,
Mediterranea and best seller, Parmaham Arugula were easily our favorites. The flavorful toppings were generous and its cheese enough to kept us going.
We got two distinct pastas, Tartufo Funghi con Prosciutto and Ravioli Tinapa Al Pomodoro. One very Italian and the other with Filipino twist. We loved both despite its variation from look and taste.
Before you go, they serve each one sweet wine shots. It’s a fitting ending to a gastronomic experience. It could also mark congratulating oneself from choosing quality food. Cheers!
