This spot in busy Kapitolyo has one of the nicest ambiance, on top of it being well maintained and spacious. They serve a cuisine of sorts, and during a meeting here, our team availed their decent buffet for just Php 440 nett.
The buffet doesn’t have a lot of choices either, but it got a range of meat choices, as well as soup, salad and desserts.
What I like most about their set-up is the mongolian. Vegetables are a must for me, and I could have as much in my own bowl. I also have the liberty to request it to be cooked with no oil and half cooked, which I did.
They have Roast Beef carving here too, but it was drenched in oil, and was flat in taste. It was melt in your mouth in texture though.
I also had the opportunity to try Bistro United’s famous Tilapia Ice Cream. It was good, but had no resemblance of any fish taste at all. You could see, however some of the meat in it. It tasted more of white cheese ice cream with kicks of spice.
