Brasserie on 3 extends a list of gourmet ‘ala carte’ items for you to choose on top of an endless supply of premium choices in their buffet. I got to order a lovely French Toast on brioche and Salmon Eggs Benedict.
They also have a carving of ham, more than enough choices of cheese, dimsum, sushi and two make your own egg stations for your convenience.
