The past couple of months, I have been actively going to various dining places since I have been constantly invited by restaurant owners to do food reviews. Yesterday’s food trip was somewhat unusual since it’s not something that I do on a regular basis, especially when I’m in Sucat, Parañaque. I got to visit Cafe IF, which happens to be another bingsu, or Korean ice dessert place.
Anyways, I’m giving Cafe IF 3 stars out of 5. Compared to Cafe Seolhwa, which also happens to serve desserts, Cafe IF needs to work on their presentation of food and drinks, as well as consider having more variety of flavors and toppings. Nevertheless, I still think that their strawberry bingsu is very good, since it showcased a good balance of sweetness and sourness to it. Definitely a must try when you visit Cafe IF in Parañaque.
I also got to try out their sweet potato latte. I am fond of sweet potato and I’m just glad that it turned out how I imagined it to be – thick and smooth, not so sweet, and made just right.
