We finally have this signature breakfast diner from the United States in the Philippines. When we spotted this on our arrival from Manila, we just had to take a stop. It was early morning and it made so much sense.
They give you American flavors 24/7. The portions are plenty and its classic taste is overly evident. When everyone opted for signature breakfast choices (three of them got slams- American, Lumberjack and Build Your Own), I got a sizzling plate of chicken with vegetables through their skillet line. The Chicken Barbecue Skillet at 46 AED was worth it. Delicious generous white meat sizes and hefty amounts of fresh broccoli with well seasoned red skinned potatoes.
We also had pancakes. I love that they were thin yet soft and fluffy. The taste was not overwhelming and gives room for syrup and butter. The Blue Berry variety is a must have.
On top of these great picks, the staff who accommodated us was a Filipino. It’s always nice to touch base with your kababayans.
