New food concepts continue to change the landscape of the restaurant industry. Now even in unexpected locations, there are exciting dishes for you and me. Thanks to Chef Jonvic Mangibin there is now Pista Food Hall in Baclaran. It was my first time and I was amazed by what i saw.
Fresh Seafood Paluto is just one of many stalls here and the way it’s done here is similar to your Dampa concept. We got served Live Hito with Chili Garlic, Southern Coconut Crabs and a Seafood Boil placed inside a huge plastic bag. These were not just fresh, they were also delicious combinations of flavors. I am quite sure this stall would be one of the popular picks.
There is also a buffet you can avail at Pista Hall and some of the offerings of Paluto is served on chafing dish. I tried the Dory with Chili Garlic, it was flavorful and spiced just right.
