Bingsu almost made it big as the new go to dessert among Filipinos. It wasn’t like the previous trends of yogurt or milk tea. But it is around and Ho Bing is currently king of Korean desserts here with 10 branches as of the moment.
Today after a forgettable lunch, we had a sweet moment here. We had the Salted Caramel Bingsu, a variety only available here and Matcha with Red Bean, a classic, excellent choice.
Their Bingsu are made of milk with ice which are processed very fine like powder. It is soothing paired with rich and fine ingredients.
We also tried the Injolmi Toast. You can avail this less Php 40 if you purchase a regular sized Bingsu. It was an interesting bite as it was sweet, nutty and buttery. It could use a better crunch though.
