Pista insinuates feast and it’s fitting to number of choices surrounding this huge hall. Everything offered are made better by Chef Jonvic Mangibin (former Chef de Cuisine of Olive Tree Kitchen & Bar & Partner of Lola Group).
In this stall they offer Filipino grill done creatively. We tried a nice array of mixed barbecue for one, it has a wide range of meat mixed with banana, corn and even liver. The pork liempo were served on the sweeter side, placed on a nice wood plank.
We also got to indulge on Sizzling Pork Sinigang. It is crispy in most bites with the signature sour taste still very much present. Its sauce, very thick is a must try.
Another offering, Sizzling Dinakdakan, an Ilocano popular dish is also made different here with its more striking flavors thanks to mixture of raw onions and green chili.
