After 3 days of enjoying Marison’s and chatting with its creators, I came back. This time I was with 4 others. 3 restaurant partners and 1 food blogger. Aldrich, one of the owners was around.
The best is really the Kare Kare. Made partly of Cashews. It’s sweetened just right, thick enough and in no need of shrimp paste. The beef was really soft and tender too.
Another must order here is the Fish Tail which I f got to try even if it was served last time. For Php 430 it can serve 3-4 hungry people. Melts in your mouth fish meat.
The Lamb Adobo, Sinigang na Baboy and Pinakbet which I didn’t have last time as well were all decent and can complement well with the must have two dishes I mentioned. Not oily, taste very Filipino.
No need to transfer to another place as their desserts are worth the calories. I’ve said it before the Halo Halo is the best I’ve had. Don’t forget to have the Frozen Brazo and Macademia Sansrival as well.
