Pamana, Tagaytay

There was a long line at 2pm. It was a right decision to wait and dine in. Pamana boasts a long line of classic and re created Filipino dishes. We had had three types of soup- Bulalo, Kansi and Singang sa Salmon. All good but Kansi stood out. It was most differently yum. We also had Squid Ink, Kare Kare, Gising Gising. Must try if you haven’t.
