Chef Raymar showcases his extensive culinary experience by prepping and cooking up a good lineup of Asian inspired dishes for Sasa Asian Cuisine restaurant in Oranbo, Pasig. He makes it a point to add a Pinoy twist on each of the dishes that he makes, providing a modern and delicious take on them.
I suggest that when you visit Sasa Asian Cuisine that you try out their Lamb Patatim, which is cooked similarly to the classic pork dish, but made even better with the use of lamb. Also check out their fried Yasai Itame, which is a Japanese veggie dish prepared Filipino style, with a good mix of seafood and some sweet sauce. You also have to order their Three Cups Seafood and Black Pepper Prawns, which is a combination of prawns, fish, and squid balls, that was complemented well with the sweetness of brown sugar.
