I finally had the chance to dine here after many attempts. I had 4 Kapitolyo food trips in the past and whenever we passed here, our hearts are willing but our brains says, lets eat elsewhere. The swarming lines and the zero parking. It was exactly 11am and it was doable.
We were three and ordered for six. It seemed a lot thanks to brunch we just had minutes before sitting here. The place was already building up with patrons.
Our team ordered four of their dishes that had their Silantro mark in it. I mean that should be a good move on your first visit right? It indeed was.
Everything got our mark of approval except for the Pork Belly that was bland and lifeless. The Burrito bite was heaven on earth. My goodness that strong flavor and combination topped with its wild beef, best burrito I ever had.
The Silantro Quesadilla surprised my tastebuds with its overwhelming cheese and chicken duo. Nevermind if the fries that topped it was soggy. The cheese, its melting, mouth watering.
The Silantro Paella also makes a mark with its outstanding presentation followed by its trademark taste. The rice itself, savory, was enough to satisfy.
Start with their Nachos. Everyone gets it here, so lets follow their lead. There are reasons why they do and I suggest we trust them.
Oh and by the way don’t be shy to ask for more sour cream, spicy salsa and guacamole. It makes everything from super to wow.
