I’ve passed by this all vegan establishment a number of times during my trips in Burgos Circle. Friends would mention mixed reviews, and would all agree that its price points are on the high side. My girl friend and I were fasting, so a few weeks ago, we agreed to try it together.
Our overall experience was not as pleasant as expected. The service and ambiance were good but the food was flat and unappetizing. We had the Spicy Vegan Ramen, which was generous in serving but its taste lacked seasoning. We also shared an order of Vietnamese Spring Rolls, which used Lily’s Peanut Butter as its dip.
For a healthy starter, we had a plate of baked, without sugar or anything, sweet potatoes. This was fine until we paid Php 190 for it.
I am not sure if they are really are sustainable as they claim to be. I think they need to position themselves as an healthy stop but still offering delectable dishes. In this way, people will appreciate more their efforts in making our eating habits better.
