The Barracks Food Camp at The Ridge, Tagaytay

I haven’t been to Tagaytay for awhile. I’ve been veering away from plans from friends who wanted to Starbucks there during the colder Christmas season. I am not a fan of traffic. And lately Tagaytay has been very dense with vehicles, making trips long and tiresome. I was able to go two weeks back, however, due to a string of food invites that included the first food park in Tagaytay, The Barracks Food Camp at The Ridge. This new spot is located just right in front of the theme park, Sky Ranch.

The Barracks is a themed food park that is similar to a mess hall we see in the movies. It has more than 20 stalls offering various cuisines from our local, American, Italian, and other familiar favorites. It is spacious, organized and easy to traverse to. Our team of 9 foodies were served quite a number of each stall’s best sellers. We were all overwhelmed with the choices as well as the creativity in number of dishes served to us.

Here are the list of what we had, and hopefully these will give a head start on what you should have before travelling to Tagaytay.
