The Hungry Burro, Loyola Heights

Kantorini got a buzz months ago, thanks to its highly interactive social media manager who engaged its online potential customers in an unusual funny way. That actually made me curious enough to visit this food park along Katipunan, QC. Last week, I got another chance to come here through a Zomato foodie meet up. We were tasked to cover 7 stalls together with another sponsor, Andy Cola.

One of the food establishments is this Mexican, The Hungry Burro. We were served an array of their best selling dishes which include Steak Burrito, Nachos, Chicken Quesadilla and Hard Shell Tacos. These four different options were presented the traditional way as they answer the need for affordable and of quality Mexican with a Filipino touch.

The Nachos was a hit among our team for it was brimming with toppings. It was tempting to attack on the get-go but we restrained so everyone can take a decent photo. I also liked their version of Steak Burrito. It had ample soft meat and not just all rice.

Despite the continuous rise of food parks around, I believe Kantorini stands a chance with the competition. Their layout is well themed and spacious, and they offer a wide variety of cuisine making them appealing to a bigger audience.
